Commercial dip tank powder has been developed for the cleaning of commercial kitchens (oven racks, hob tops, extractor filters.)
It dissolves carbon cutting down time on commercial kitchen jobs. It is a stronger alternative to our bio oven cleaner
Use 2 and a half scoops per 10Litres of water, dissolving the powder in water first before putting into the tank. Leave the items in the tank for around 1 hour depending on carbon severity. Heavily soiled items may need longer. Rinse with water to remove residue. Our powder is non caustic and non corrosive so safe to use on aluminium. ( will not turn aluminium grey or black like other dip tank powders and solution )
